We stumbled on it, but it was impressive. You have to climb the hill. The entrance is and location is wonderful to this beautiful orthodox cathedral. Well worth the visit.

This building is very big, but seeing a lot of nice things in this city for me was nothing impressive.

Built in the late 17th century, the interior has the most amazing collection of iconostases and various carved wood side altars. Quite a few religious services so it's sometime hard to get in.

Sometimes a lot happening here, and if you catch one of the very frequent services, you might only be able to stand on the sidelines and watch whats going on.Worth the long walk up the hill

Excellent church and location. For the home-base of the Patriarch of Romania's Greek Orthodox laity, this place is rightfully impressive. Beautiful location, beautiful church. Awesome
