The place is impressive: the hall, the scene, the acoustic. Even the space between the chairs creates you a confort in order to seat and just...listen.I encourage everyone to hear musique in this special place.

Concert hall in an old riding school, with a very unusual shape. The wall frescoe about the history of Romania is a must to understand the counrty.

Built in 1888 and only seating 800 lucky patrons this music venue is a treat to the eyes and ears. We were lucky to have a private tour and marveled at the design and the acoustics. Be sure to add this beautiful building to your...More

Go to a concert here when you have time. It is wholly worth it and you will lounge to return again. One of the best things in Bucharest

we visited the Athenaeum but there was no tour at that time, so we just went upstairs and saw the opera hall. Although not big but it is well designed and maintained.

Small but exquisite gem. Richly decorated. Very elegant architectural design. It only costs 10 ron to visit and if you can go to a concert that would be the best idea for a visit. A must for music lovers.
