Bad service and food and high prices. I will not recommend this place for dining. We went for a concert but the place was very crowded, they have a small stage for the band and the sound guy was sitting at the bar...

Nice place for walking under the big trees and green nature in fresh air; but do not stop in one of the cafees to take calories from frappe, beer or ice cream..)))

A good place to wander in relative peace and quiet. Lots of green space, with plenty of shade from the summer sun. The Dimitrie Gusti National Village Museum is in the park and Casa Ceausescu is nearby. Visiting all three makes for a good day.

One of the biggest parks in Romania! Great scenery, fresh air, beautiful fountains! It has the Japanese Garden that is breath taking, especially when the cherry trees blossom!

The biggest park in Bucharest, the nicest one, because of the huge green part. You can try & relax at “roaba de cultura” or in the nicest graden in the park: japonese garden. The terraces around the big lake are awsome as well during the...More

Hire bikes (5lei/hr) from the entrance (bring id) and cycle round the lake - was lovely. Cycle paths all through the park. Highly recommended to get away from the busy old town.

It depends on the time of the year. In summer, there are several restaurants with very nice terraces at the lake, or just terrases. I can reccomend Il Locale, Funky Club, Nuba, Biutiful. If winter, you can try La Brasserie... More
