Beautiful building

Nice building and useful as a landmark to orientate yourself. Didn't bother going is as there wasn't really anything to see from what we could tell.

I was lucky to attend a congress in this beautiful historical building. Many do not have a chance to visit the interiors of this building. The main conference hall is quite large, and if they open the air condition, it is well ventilated. The facilities for scientific presentations are satisfactory. It may feel complicated first, but the building is easy... More

Not only I had the chance to visit this beautiful landmark, but I was invited for an official dinner inside! So, enough bragging... what I can tell is that the interior is all we should expect from such a beautiful building. Very old staircase, cracking wooden floor, elevator with manual mechanism, old tapestry.... but all of it makes it even... More

This neo-classical masterpiece, designed by Romanian architect Dimitrie Maimaroiu, was built to host the social, cultural and educational needs of the Romanian army. Banquets and regimental balls are still hosted in the main function rooms, while upstairs are the army's library, offices and classrooms for officer instruction.

Very nice building. You can visit it only from outside, there is no any inside tour. You can have a dinner or lunch in the restaurant inside but do not expect the same impression like you have looking to the building. The menu is like in the communist period and the waiters are from the same period thinking about attitude.

This has to be the highlight of our trip to Bucharest. It was a beautifully sunny day and we'd bumped into two other people from our river cruise and sat outside, ordering teas, coffees and papapanasi (like filled doughnuts) - with icecream for our gluten free friend. The atmosphere was so lovely that we stayed. Then asked for the menu... More

This is also one of the buildings what you can only admire from outside. This was the former casino for the military and still today belongs to them But if you want to have a wedding there it is possible.

This beautiful building is situated on the Victory Avenue, in downtown. The arhitecture is very nice inside and outside. They have a restaurant with the terrace.
