I was at a conference at the Intercontinental hotel next door so popped in for some shopping during the break. The centre is dark and dated. A lot of the shops are closed and the ones that remain are really odd. Discount shoes, handbags, rugs, weird dresses etc. There was hardly anyone there apart from the bored shopkeepers. I iamgine the... More

Attended a conference for 5 days in Sava Center. I dint like the huge building with only 2 entrances, very inconvenient. Old building, cold atmosphere, although there are some modern boutiques inside. It was running on a heels from one entrance to another :)

Used to be place that presented Yugoslavia to presidents, leaders and tyrants of the world. Most of the large meetings were set in this large convention center. Now days it is just a shadow of the building that it was once. Events are held there regularly, mostly concerts and conventions.

Once the proudest and most photographed modern asset of the city, this conference center was abandoned is now in disarray waiting for somebody to finally take care of it, if you go to a concert there, don't look around... You will be disappointed

I visited this convention center in order to participate in a medical symposium. It was a very suitable, highly organized, easy to navigate in place. You can also find shops and banks, a bar and a restaurant under the same roof.

The traditional big center in Novi Beograd (New Belgrade) can be appropriate for concerts and movies. Has very big halls with confortable seating and entrance and exit has no problems also when crowed.

I was there for a concert with some local friend. The place is clean and the organization is perfect. Even if the place is packed it is not long to get out at the end of a concert.
