Yes, a nice place to walk along quays, for making sports, to eat something, or simply to admire the places.

Sava river (900 km long river), is one of the 2 main Belgrade rivers, together with Danube. Great place, especially in summer.

Excellent for cycling along its banks. A nice tour is to follow the East bank of the Sava to the village of Ostružnica. If you include Ciganlija island it is 20 km from the center of Belgrade.

If you like to wake up early and just walk around - try to come to visit river Sava. Very peaceful place, full of birds, old ships and almost no people... If you like taking photos this could be nice place...

Not only Danube is the main river in Belgrade, but also Sava. Especially the point, where they both meet and continue their way as Danube is a place to be.

Sava river starts from Slovenia, goes through Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and mounts in the Danube river in Belgrade, near the Kalemegdan fortress. It is nice and relaxing to walk by the river and visit some of the many boat restaurants there.

This river is a haven for dinner and part boats plying their trade. Water sports aplenty also. Great view of this from the fortress
