I quite often go to this temple, however, I cannot say I am a passionate believer or smth like that, I simply go here for atmosphere. As they say, this church had been built in 1631, and this impresses me a lot. It seems, antiquity breath to me from these walls! Even if you're not a slavonic amateur, just go... More

One of the many churches in the Podil neighborhood, St. Nicholas the Squeezer is the oldest, having escaped the 1811 fire that wiped out much of the area.
