Worth going inside as there is a museum on 2 floors. Staircase is a bit scary with low ceilings but is short.

We just saw the outside but it looked beautiful. There is a Xmas market in the square outside which was lovely with lights, stalls, people dressed up and giant Christmas tree

Great old church with amazing paintings inside dating back to 1100, the Tower Bell gives you a great panorama of the city.

This is a UNESCO recognized and protected heritage, built by the Prince Yaroslav the Wise in the beginning of the XI century, with authentic mosaic and fresco inside. The cathedral survived communism and was not destroyed by Stalin (unlike hundreds of other churches in Kyiv)...More

We visit Kiev on Xmas season , Xmas market & fair in front the square. Unfortunately u need ticket for walk in , Kiev got many many great building church & cathedral,depend which u choice to deeper visit . But all amazing .

This is an important historical site and a must see when in Kyiv. I did not do a tour, as I didn't have time, but loved the experience.

Big territory with museum, bakery, cathedral and you can also climb the tower. You can pay for entering the territory itself, or any combination of the different sights. Staff members hold an eye on you very closely and it's not aloud to make photographs in...More

Enjoyed our time here, a must see if you are in Kiev. They supply wraps, so no worries on how you dress (at least that's the way it was on our tour).

I don’t think so, we were told it would shut at 6 pm if I recall correctly.

Closed Thursday, open Friday through Tuesday 10am till 6pm, Wednesday 10am till 5pm
