Well it's a nice place with a ton of history dating back to the 15th century. The exposed walls and floors showing you what it looked like in the past was an eye opener. Not allowed to take pics:-(

This, like all other main churches, is absolutely stunning. The main highlights are the Cathedral itself with terrific frescos, and the clock tower from where you have a nice view over the city, and can see the sparkle of St Michael's Golden Dome church.

if there is three must-see historic sights in Kiev , then this cathedral is one of them. you need to buy tickets, but that is worth the visit, try to have some photos, it is very scenery.

Nice piece of ancient history of Kyiv. Right in the centre of the city. Especially spectacular is at the end of April - beginning of May or in September. A must-seen!

I don’t think so, we were told it would shut at 6 pm if I recall correctly.

Closed Thursday, open Friday through Tuesday 10am till 6pm, Wednesday 10am till 5pm
