This was a fun experience to see the railway museum in San Salvador. It was very easy to get to and had excellent parking. The museum is large with a lot of exhibits. They even had an operating engine with passenger cars that took you on a short ride around the rail yard. I recommend a stop here for anyone visiting San Salvador there is a lot of history and very nice displays as well the grounds are well maintained and pleasant. The train ride if running the day you go is only $1.00.…
