Go to the top of this place and enjoy the beautiful view of the city of Managua, the lake and volcanos. Notice how the city is fill of trees and green areas. Go down to the museum and learn part of the history of the...More

A great view of the city, the lake and area. An old tank given by Musselini sits in an area. A giant hombre stands tall. Not much else but cheap entry fee.Worth a look.

It's a beautiful view of Managua but there should be a really nice restaurant up there. An overpriced glorified cafe but nothing stellar. If you just want a nice overview of the city this is the place to get it.

We visited this after Lonely Planet recommended the canopy walk, but it's not there any more. You do get a good view over Managua and of Tiscapa, but there is not a lot else to do....

Historically, you get a pretty good idea of the old Managua and Somoza's cruel regime. The toilets are filthy and in no working condition, also there's no paper, no water in the bathrooms despite paying an entrance fee. But it's worth it just for the...More

We went to visit this hill, but it is closed for renovation. So we had to see it from the outside near the lagoon. Seems like it would be good and offer history, unfortunately we missed out.

This attraction a top of a hill in Managua has the best view of the city. There is also other remnants commentating the Sandinista victory over the Contras. Great place for history buffs!

a few pictures of the area prior to the earthquake. There is a nice view, but other than that, just not much to see.

Great Overlook of Managua! There is a nice historical exhibit under the parking lot! It talks of Sandino and Somoza. It is only in Spanish but pictures are excellent!
