Representatives were available in our hotel. My boyfriend and I booked a personalized tour with Alejandro. It was reasonably priced compared to well-rated tours I found on Tripadvisor. Other tours on TA didn't have the combination of sites we wanted, and we had limited time to plan. Alejandro was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the canal, having great interactions with monkeys and seeing other wildlife, and great local places to enjoy swimming and lounging.
