The Amador Causeway is a bit overrated. We thought we would find lots of bars and restaurants but it was extremely quiet.

I visited the Causeway several times while studying in Panama City. There is a good mix of restaurants, great views, and tourist activities. You catch the ferry to Isla Taboga from the Causeway, and that's a great trip!

Good place to stretch your legs or hire a four-wheel bicycle (two of you sit and pedal side-by-side, like a pedalo with wheels). We walked from the Biodiversity Museum to the islands and it was nice to do it at the end of the afternoon,...More

Nothing really to recommend it unless you like to hike or walk. Decent view off one side but barriers along the other.

If you want to catch a wonderful view of Panama's skyline then I suggest you head out to the causeway. It's great in the day but the sun can really drain you. I prefer the sunset evening stroll. The city completely lights up. Looks just...More

Great place to get away from the congestion of the city. Plenty of places to eat, relax and take in the view. Filled with locals and tourists on the weekends. Watch our friend Sloth in the trees.

Excellent panoramic view. Area still under construction. We had lots of traffic during rush hour. The restaurants had very good food.

The causeway provides a nice way to enjoy the water and an excellent view of Panama City. It's a nice walk with restaurants along the way. Stop at one that serves Panamanian cuisine rather than the more touristy "Americanized" spots. Aside from walking, you can...More

To my knowledge there's not general wi-fi available on the Causeway, but I'm sure you could always use the wifi of the restaurant - perhaps at most you may be asked to order something. Hope that helps! Enjoy Panama - it's a... More
