About
Side By Each Brewing Co. is a small brewery with a big tasting room, offering 12 or more frequently changing beers in a wide variety of styles, with the unifying themes of creativity, diversity, respect for tradition, and uncompromising quality. We have growlers and kegs to go, filled to order with a nifty machine that preserves the beer’s quality far longer than your average tap-filled jug. Starting early in the morning we brew up CBD coffee and espresso drinks and sell locally made pastries and breakfast sandwiches – we can fill your growlers in the morning, too, and if you want us to pour you a morning beer, who are we to judge? Pinky D’s Poutine Factory slings lunch and dinner from their new kitchen inside our space. A few times a year we put on sweet special events, and there are always friends and families hanging out, a great community gathering space – and did we mention, awesome beer?

Side by Each was great when I stopped by on a visit, from my evening flight of beers to a morning latte and scone. Everything I tried was delicious, and the menu had a large variety of choices. You could tell the locals liked it, and there were events at night if you wanted to join. I can’t wait to see what creative new brews they have when I visit again!

We went to this brewery for lunch and to sample the beers. It was great to find out that they did flights of beer. (First Maine Brewery that has done it). I like to start with a flight to find the beers that I enjoy the most. Then, I will get a glass of my favorite. The food was very good. My wife and I shared a reuben which was very tasty and just enough for the two of us. The staff is friendly and they do have many good beer.

We have visited several times and continue to enjoy the experience here.

Fun decor, excellent beer options, friendly and helpful staff.

We are able to sit, sip and enjoy without feeling rushed. Appreciate being able to bring home growlers and mini- growlers too!

We also love Pinky D’s poutine options.
This is an excellent addition to local craft beer scene.

Nothing special. Ordered fish and chips and neither plate had a pickel spear. Table was dirty and when one enters there are no directions to order and pick up food. Was impressed with gentleman behind counter even though he should not have to apologize constantly for what was not done correctly. Fish and chips on both plates were overdone. Will not go back.

I’m not sure what more you need? Here you can order countless varieties of poutine and a good selection of tasty beers. Also on tap you can find seltzer, cider and a soda. Which covers most of your basis. The staff here are friendly and prompt. Bonus you can swing in after 7am to pick up bagels, donuts, breakfast pizza, and coffee. Definitely worth the stop.

They currently have about a dozen of their own beers available. They range from light beer to double IPA and multiple different ones in between. The staff is great. The poutine food truck is a big draw!

My husband and I stopped in for a quick drink before an event. The staff was very friendly and engaged with us. The atmosphere was great for conversation, no TVs, no loud music or other distractions. We didn’t get a chance to eat but plan to return to try the Poutine. The options for drinks are a full pour, half pour and tasters. The cost and no tipping police was reasonable. Their commitment to their community is also notable.

Stopped in while in the area for a wedding and was so pleasantly surprised at this find! Here are some highlights;

They are open and serve beer early (as early as 7am)

Great variety of beer on tap, I tried several and enjoyed them all.

They also have some unique options, such as a beermosa, which I had with the Jam Hands raspberry sour, YUM!

They also have a wonderful selection of coffee and tea and assorted pastries of beer isn’t your thing in the morning.

Pinky D’s poutine available on site with an overwhelming variety of poutine options, we tried the Irish and the burger versions both got 👍🏻👍🏻

Very cool space, lots of seating inside and outdoor seating as well.

Most impressive was the friendly service from the knowledgeable staff, they love what they do and it shows. This is backed up by their no tipping policy.

Only downfall is that due to insurance they do not permit dogs so leave your furry friends at home but don’t miss out on visiting this gem!
