This is a great example of local art, highlighted by a great gallery where history meets creativity. The flow for viewing is great from the time you walk in the entrance way gates until you finish; and the natural light from the windows is warm and welcoming. This is a great little gem and should not be missed.

Art lovers unite. Don't miss the cast iron gate opening on a wooden boardwalk from State Circle to the best art gallery in Annapolis. The Maryland Federation of Art presents contemporary art created by members living in Maryland and beyond. Paintings, photographs, sculpture, prints, collage, fiber arts, you name it; the MFA displays it. This is not a souvenir shop.... More

This is what a gallery is supposed to be. For many years they have featured art by local and not so local artists. They create wonderful juried shows that provide exposure for an amazing collection of artists and they are always inviting to new talent. I just attended the Stokes of Genius reception and it was lovely crowded with all... More

This is a must see stop each time we are in Annapolis. If you are lucky, you can be there for an opening/closing reception and meet the local artists while sampling wine and yummy treats. What I like most is that they promote local/regional artists of varied media. You will always feel welcome in this gallery....it is not stuffy or... More

Not all the tourists find this one, just off State Capitol circle, see a new selection each month of local artists. Some great so with a quick stop. Then head downhill to the pottery store.

The Circle Gallery is tucked away off of State Circle, and has charming galleries filled with a well-edited variety of quality art from members of the MD Federation of Art, as well as artists from across the country. Exhibits change regularly, so stop here each time you are in Annapolis. You may find photography, paintings, sculpture; it's always good!

Tucked away in a historic building, the gallery is a beautiful space which exhibits new works from local and national artists. Continually refreshed with new exhibits, it is worthy of repeat visits.

Sponsored by the Elks Lodge, showcased works from surrounding school K - 12. Also have new displays monthly and offer classes in many different forms.
