The lookout is closed for repair. Who cares? So much to see on the way up and on the way down. Beautiful Fall experience and amazing vistas on all sides. Really good visitor centre on the way up or down spending on where you start.

Closed from November to May. One trip to the summit, and you know why. It will take thirty minutes to make the nine mile ascent. the road is well maintained. We made the trip for the autumn leaves and had great views until we got to the top where the fog had not burned off. No frills, but we weren't... More

We were given very good information about the sort of walks we wanted. Did a couple of different ones. Rounds Rock was our first walk. Less than an hour. Easy access and parking. Then did the falls. More challenging, narrow and downhill. As there hadn't been a lot of rain for a while , there wasn't much of a water... More

Autumn visit and we drove to the top of the mountain. Absolutely superb. Amazing views and an easy road. Lots of spots to stop. Great use of anyone's time.

Perfect place for leaf pipping and hiking. Beautiful. The views are amazing both along the drive and along the hike. Mount Greylock is even a part of the Appalachian trail.

Nice ride to the summit where the views are great. The tower was not open due to repairs but I knew this ahead of time. There is a visitor center at the bottom of the summit road that had some good information.

We drove the 8 miles up. Saw a few vistas. Probably best if you are a hiker. Most of the winding road is within trees so you really do not see much. Leaves poor at this time.

We stayed on top of Mt. Grelock two nights but rarely saw the views as the mountain was in fog the whole time we were there. The observation tower is closed for repairs, long-term.

Beautiful drive up to the top of Mount Greylock. We had a spectacular drive on a prototypical sunny New England fall day with leaves turning colors falling from the trees. Beautiful vistas and winding roads
