We did the one mile Pebble trail loop. The "pebble" is an interesting large boulder. The trails were well maintained and recently mowed. We disturbed a bear in the big field as we were coming back. The barn is nice as is the landscaping around...More

This property now owned by the Trustees of Reservations is the former property of William Bullitt--the first U.S. Ambassador to the Soviet Union.A magnificent setting in the peaceful hills plus a trail for hiking and walking. A place for solitude.

Bucolic spot for hiking or bird watching. Large wild flower meadow hosts hundreds of birds for viewing. Pick a spot on the meadow edge, get quiet, and you'll get lots of great photographs of birds perching on the tops of flowers.
