Favorite for a Sunset - Perfect

The road into the beach is quite rough, lots of pot holes, but worth it. The surf. Often with surfers battling the waves. But the draw for me is the sunsets.

Just your average beach. The other Nantucket beaches have so much more to offer! This one, however, has lots of parking.

I admit, I've been going to Cisco for over 60 years. Used to be our surfing spot in the 60's. Still tons of fun. Surf can be too big for little, timid kids, but you'll see little kids surfing too! Used to be called Ciscowherethechicksgo. Still is. More family oriented beaches are a little more towards the east. Ladies beach,... More

Nice beach and not too overcrowded (although we came during the off season in October). My friend and I rode our bikes here from town and it was an easy ride and even easier to find. The beach is beautiful, with never ending bluffs and lots of friendly people. Although nobody was swimming, there were a few people surfing the... More

Surfers favorite spot, known for its waves and perfect for surfing lovers, also good place to take a dip too but with caution with your teens.

CiscoBeach has expanded over the years and for the past several has had an expanded parking lot that makes the beach much more accessible. It has good surf for the surfing crowd, but my most memorable visit involved a gorgeous sunset, one of my best ever on the Island.

Among the best of the many fine beaches on Nantucket. Everyone should try this one! Good parking and easy access.

Road our bikes to Cisco Beach. Stopped and had lunch at Bartlett's Farm, just off the bike path. This beach is absolutely a must. Beautiful!!!

1) It has the best waves on the island- The sand bars shift each year due to the winter storms but for the past few years Cisco has had the best waves for surfing and boogie boards. On windy days the kite surfers take advantage of the surf. 2) You can rent surf boards and boogie boards and take surf... More

We went to Cisco five days. Each day, the ocean was a little different, and always amazing. Red flag day, all the surfers were out, showing their stuff, and we could still swim with no problems, just fun. One day had almost calm seas, still fun. It's also full of friendly, polite beach goers, cute kids, and has great people... More
