We came here as part of an off-season visit on a tour sponsored by the Whaling Museum. The plain, simple old building and its meeting hall epitomize the Quaker worship of an earlier time and worth a visit for anyone interested in that era.

The building was built in 1838 and it appears to have been well maintained. They allowed me to go to the balcony for photos. There is a bathroom in case you were wondering.More
