We enjoy going to the Flying Otter on friday evenings in the summer months. The music by Cat Canyon is great! The wine slushy is wonderful on a warm evening as well as the cheese plates. They have various food specials on different days at...More

Thanks for the nice review. We're working on the toilet. It's a big project when we are located out in the middle of a vineyard.
I can’t believe this place is 3 miles from my home. Great place for evening wind down. Beautiful environment and just an all around cool vibe when you’re looking for an eve of fun but still want to be in bed by 10pm.

We are glad you found our "Hidden Gem". We aren't trying to hide, it's just what happens when we are out in the country right next to our vineyard. Thanks for the review. Please come again.
We began visiting Flying Otter about 4 years ago. It was not much to look at then, but it has continued to plant vines, enlarge the pavilion, provide live entertainment, and enhance the food available. It still has its quite moments, and serves some pretty...More

Thanks for your review. One of our objectives is to provide a wine experience, not just to sell wine. Yes, we are full of stories and always happy to share them.
My daughters and I recently did the Pioneer Wine Tour and stopped at Flying Otter for a taste of their wines. The setting is out of the way but worth the drive. We enjoyed tasting their wine. The staff helping us was friendly & helpful...More

Thank you for your review. We're glad you enjoyed your visit.
One of the best things about the Flying Otter is that it is not a crowded bar, with people all over the place. It is a small winery, with owners and staff who enjoy wine, people, and improving their business. We first visited several years...More

My husband and I stopped in unexpectedly one night and had a wonderful time. We did some tastings at the bar and talked with the severs who were knowledgeable and kind. I loved that it was all outdoors and you could just buy a bottle...More

Maggie, Thank you for the kind words. We are so glad you enjoyed your visit.
The scenery setting here is great! I was a little bummed out to hear that it is a seasonal tasting vineyard and that the only bathroom option is a porta potty. Our pourer was very nice and easy to talk to. I enjoyed taking a...More
Although a visit is enjoyable anytime, summer Friday evenings at the winery are really special. There will be live music (try to catch Cat Canyon!), light snacks, complimentary wine tasting and a gorgeous setting in an open air pavilion overlooking the vines. You can sample...More
