Vaguely interesting if you are passing but not worth a special trip. I understand you can witness the process of making chocolate but we did not do so. Chocolate on sale is expensive and no better than is obtainable in UK much cheaper.

We had a marvelous time--do not miss! This is a must for kids and adults alike. The 2-hour experience was very hands-on. We learned so much about chocolate and got to make our own candies to take home. This was a highlight of our trip.

you don't need a reservation, but they have scheduled times and for a set amount of people. we had 6 in our group and it was perfect
