My cousin and I got into Split late our first night and came across a wine/dinner bar down the street from our hotel. The food was delicious and the servers were very friendly. We had such a good time the first night we made a point to go back a second night before we left.

Good food, with very good service. Smart place but a poor selection of beers. Wine far from cheap but place worth a visit.

A great find in a small street not far from the ferry harbor. We were lucky they had one table left in this place. (I would suggest you make a reservation)
Great menu with super tasty dishes. My wife took the ceviche as a starter, i took the mussels with figs. Both dishes were just fantastic. As a main we took the lamb and de pasta. Very tasty as well, the lamb was excellent!
The dessert came straight from heaven... the pear sponge. Omg!
The wine list is big with wines from al over Croatia. The waiter new his wines and helped us to make the right choice. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and they were very relaxed.
Then there was life music, a guy and a girl singing and playing just a guitar. That was the cherry on the cake!
All in all we highly recommend this place, 10 points!

The service was great and the food was the best we had in Split. We ordered the grilled octopus, the house made spinach agnolotti and the 300gr dry aged Argentinian Angus Ribeye Steak. Everything was so good! They also have great selection of wines especially from Croatia. Highly recommended!

I researched this venue through trip advisor and had quite high expectations and it didn't disappoint. The service was unobtrusive but anticipated our needs at the same time. The wines are the best kept secret in Croatia ....amazing. For starters we had the Tuna Carpaccio and the Octopus Salad and this would have been enough as the serves are generous but as it was our last night in Split we went for the Veal Chop and the Crusted Tuna. Both were amazing and perfectly presented and the aroma in the restaurant is amazing. Highly recommended!

Had the filet mignon and the scrimp risotto. Both of which were the best we have ever had. The waiter wasn't just welcoming but also gave some great suggestions for wine and desert. There was also a dude with a guitar who has great talent and made the evening perfect. Had a great time at Zinfadel and highly recommend it!

This was our first taste of Split Croatia and what a great restaurant. Wonderful flavours and awesome service located right in the centre of the old town. Tasty home made pastas and local beers made our first tastes very memorable. Love it!

Another evening stranded in Split! But just visit Zinfandel wine and food bar, and you are safe! My Best place in Split

I would highly recommend for a wine tasting! Our waiter was so informative and passionate about the different Croatian wines, which made the experience even better. Super enjoyable!
