Me and my friend did the hike around the side and through woodland up to the top and the views did not disappoint. We came back down via the steps which is alot quicker but found the way we went alot more picturesque. Recommend talking...More

This area of split is beautiful and a short distance away from the busy city. The view from the top of Marjan hill is certainly worth the hike.

We spent the day in the park which was simply stunning. Beautiful coastline, great views and a lovely place to spend a few hours. We rented electric bikes which I would recommend to everyone as they made it so much easier in the heat......also great...More

There are lots of different areas to explore from beaches to picnic areas. I rode through on a segway.

My sister and I did Marjan Hill starting from the steps in the city center of Split at the end of the day for a sunset hike. Took us about 60-75 minutes round trip with stopping for pictures to reach the cross and flag at...More

Its really nice to come here from the city. You feel that change in the air. People exercise here and there are even nice beaches!

I lived about a 5 minute walk from Marjan park for a month and would take this walk almost daily! It was so quiet, and beautiful! At the end you can have a coffee, or just hang out and watch the sunset/sunrise! Not too crowded...More

We walked approximately 45 minutes to enter into the delightful green oasis. Beautiful Forrest setting overlooking crystal blue Adriatic’s with spectacular views of Split from above. Hardly any tours in sight.

Walked up here in 30 degree heat! Great views at the top. A bar half way up provided drinks at an ok price to aid in the trekking up (and down) of this park. We only covered a small part of it, to the very...More

Personally I think you should walk up the hill. A bike is not suitable as it goes up and up and up. Look at Google under marjan. For best views and incredible sunset go all the way up......

There isn't a bus or train service to the top. You have to be prepared to climb many steps from the end of the Riva. Takes about 40-50 minutes.. totally worth it. Uber is an option though.
