Climbed mid morning and the views were just awesome. We thought we would do the cable car but decided against it after the stunning views that we had from the city walls.

Breathtaking! Walking the city walls of the Old Town is a must for anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Not doing this is cheating your visit!

Loads of steps so beware but the views from the city walls are worth the effort and the climb. There are places to stop and drink on the way round so you can stop and enjoy the beautiful vistas.

We visited the wall very late in the afternoon at sunset and were lucky to avoid the crowds, the views are breathtaking and well worth the effort of climbing all the stairs.

The most complete and longest walk on city walls I have ever done. There is also an " aerial" viewpoint on the road above and going south out of the city.
