If you get the chance then definitely visit Korcula. The walled town is such fun to explore, little street with art and other shops criss cross the walled city and provide much enjoyment. Take the chance to climb the tower and have a cocktail on the roof, and there are numerous places to eat and drink. Restaurants get busy in... More

We travelled through Ston on our way to Korcula. It has an interesting old town section. It makes a good day trip from Dubrovnik.

We were on a boat/bike trip through the Croatian islands and spent one night docked in Korcula. This is a fantastic medieval city to walk through and especially at night. Extremely safe. One can quickly find themselves way back in time walking through the town.

Korcula daytrip Ston caught boat wine tasting We were picked up from our meeting point and transferred by a small bus to another location where we were bundled onto a bigger bus. Unfortunately we were last on and relegated to the very back seats. .This was a huge problem for us as there was no viewing window either side. Considering... More

The entire Croatia is so interesting, full of history and culture and really worth checking every place. SOmethimes is hard to chose wich one, but Korčula will make everything more simple for you. Peaceful, lovely, interesting and an oasis in the Adriatic sea. From nature to food ( try "Žrnovski makaruli " , traditional pasta from this island ) ,... More

Me and my fiancé took a trip from Dubrovnik over to the island for a little of nothing. Great food for a wonderful price. I would honestly say Croatia is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. Only bad thing is trying to go from one side to the other almost a 2hour ride.

Korcula is a really beautiful island. The sparkling blue waters and the imposing walls of its main town and port make for lovely pictures. Some lovely little churches, squares and alleys. The Cathedral in the main square is a particular delight. The thing to do in Korcula Town , we found, was just wander around it and take in the... More

My husband and I visited Korcula while on a bicycle trip and the town is beautiful. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch...and afternoon snack...and picking up a few gifts for our children. Like the rest of our Croatian vacation, we thoroughly enjoyed the water views, terrain and cordial people of this area.
