The harbor is beautiful seen from either the city walls or entering in through the Ploce Gate. Full of boats as expected!

Relax, with nothing else to do after pounding the alleys and byways of Dubrovnik what better way to relax than with an ice-cream sitting in the sun on this beautiful harbour watching the boats go by.

Nothing that super special but worth a 15 minute visit. Nothing is really wrong with it just not that impressive.

The Harbor is at the opposite end of Old Town's Pile Gate and is worth a quick stop for views and a meal/drink. It is a small area, so you won't get lost. Also, there are no big attractions, kiosks, etc, to distract you from...More

Look for a bench. Sit and marvel at the beauty. Very scenic area with many boats, walls and the sea.

If you like football crowds you may like this. Entrance to the city is rather like going to a Man United home game. The experience is totally spoiled by the hordes issuing off cruise ships and coaches. My advice to you is don’t bother! Additionally...More

The trip costs 40 Kuna. There are regular, daily sailings from Dubrovnik Old Town’s port to the island. They sail to the Island two to four times per hour depending on season. The sailing takes just under 15 minutes.
