Seriously, you can buy how many bottled water you want, the best water you'll get right here! It comes super fresh and cold, perfect for the hot weather we experienced. Great point for pictures of the fountain itself and surrounding area!

The fountain is just inside the city walls and on a hot day a drink from the ice cold water pouring from its nozzles is most refreshing especially if you have just descended from the city walls.

Onophrian Fountain was destroyed in 1990's war, and has been carefully restored by UNESCO. The water is very safe to collect and to drink, and is one of several city fountains though out the Balkans.

Onophrian Fountain is located on a small square after entering the Old Town through the Pile Gate on the Western side of the City Walls. Named after its Italian architect Onofrio, the fountain is one of the largest and best known in Dubrovnik's Old City.
