16 century around me!

This is one of the hidden areas of Lviv. At early morning you can feel 16 century that still lives here and the gallery can get nobles.

Venice Palace or The Italian Garden as our guide called it,is hard to find if you don't know where to look! Lovely place to stop for a coffee or just a look around. Statues, garden, coffee, small museum,it's definitely worth a look. This was built for the king of Poland when they took over Lviv many years ago.

The Palace is part of the history museum, a small museum with 4 room of an old palace. The Italian Court is part of it and houses a good restaurant where you can eat in a romantic and secludet atmosphere.

This is one of the hidden areas of Lviv. Many historical monuments in there as well as a restaurant. Good place for romantic "Romeo and Juliet" photos.

I really enjoyed seeing this place - the architecture is absolutely gorgeous, you can get some great photo opportunities and the non-permanent exhibitions are quite interesting. We got to see some American political caricatures and giggled a bit. The cafe is also lovely - the special hot chocolate was great and so was the coffee. We also wanted pasta, but... More

We visit this place every time we are in Lviv. There are nice small museums upstairs. We love sitting in the caffee in the yard, it's so quiet and stylish. The 16th century architecture is left almost untouched.

Very intriguing and lovely place to be in Lviv~! The inner part of the palace seems like a maze because there are 3 floors and many different narrow passage ways to pick from! The statues of the angels and lions just adds more to the fun. At night, it can be easily lost and lose your confidence. For me, I... More

Gothic Arcades like at San-Marco is not there, but something spirit of Adriatic is!At 1st level you can see a Lion statue. It is tail and wings without, it’s stone body broken, but face is smiling! At 2nd level are permanently photo-exhibitions. At 3rd level – great view to atrium.
