We came from Plitvice because we had an extra day and wanted to see something new. Una NP did not disappoint. We only made it to Strbacky Buk, so we didn't see a large part of the park, but what we saw was absolutely amazing....More

Una River is one of the most beautiful rivers. National Park has a few waterfalls you have to visit all. People are so polite and kind. They are always ready to help you. It's green paradise! I highly recommend it.

It is an excellent place for hiking and relaxing. There are two waterfalls, the Super Strawayi Buk and the tiny Brod Martin. :D

We travelled from Plitvice to Bihac and stayed near the park. The 2 waterfalls (Martin Brod and Strbacki Buk) are less touristy than Plitvice and are more viewable and impressive. It was also free when we went (out of season). It has wider boardwalks which...More

Ancient Romans gave named the river "Una". Unus, una, unum = the one. So the name of the river means "The Only One" . And believe me it is completely truth. Greenish water and fascinating nature all over. It is worth of visiting and spending...More

I decided to visiti the falls after visiting Plitvice. About eight kilometers before the falls the road is absolute disaster. It's just terrible. If you don't want to destroy your car it will take you around one hour to drive those eight Km on the...More

Only reason for 4 stars is the road to park. Rain washed path with huge rocks which can easily damage your car. We were lucky ours didn't. That is if you go in on the first entrance, second is a 20 minute drive more from...More

I had planned to visit Una National Park in June on my motorcycle. But I'm very concerned about the comments regarding the condition of the access roads. The bike will be two-up plus luggage. Does anyone happen to know if there is a reasonably smooth road into/through the Park? Also is there recommended accommodaion?

Hello, in my opinion it is. Consider the basic rule: Avoid hot days and long distances ;] The kids will love the nature and Una ! And keep an eye on them - don't let them fall into the water for example.. ;]
