I may be subjective, but I had my wedding in this cathedral. The atmosphere and the sound of organ are great. It has something from Harry Potter's story.

5 lei enabled us to climb to the very top an have beautiful views over Sibiu. I would highly recommend this - we were the only two people at the top. The cathedral is stunning in itself too but most definitely do the climb as...More

It’s so high! But the views are amazing. You have to climb up 200 stairs to get to the top - careful if you are afraid of heights.

A challenging climb up what seems and endless journey is paid off with stunning views of the whole town and the Carpathian Mountains as a backdrop. There are 4 turrets that you step in to give you views from all corners of the main tower....More

This is the biggest church I have visited in Romania. It has a very big pipe organ which I don’t know if is still functional but is very nicely put on the second floor of the church to provide a better acoustic. They host concerts...More

The church itself is somewhat plain but does have a few interesting features inside. We spent more time looking at the burial monuments collected in one room.

Well worth visiting for the small entrance fee that you need to pay. For a few lei more you can climb the tower and enjoy a fine view of the old town centre and the city from the top.

Beautiful Church. For a modest price, go back in time. The entire time I was in the church I thought of Ken Follett’s book- The Pillars of the Earth. Climb the teetering stairs to the tower (not for the faint of heart or ADA accessible)....More

Same time than for the church .. no need for a guide ... bring the map in office tourism in order to know what you'll observe. Have a good time.
