As I entered, I recived the card (with a smile) and was invited to step inside the rooms with different themes: crafts, guild related exibits, medicine... but as I entered the WWI exibit I felt chills on my spine. I was transposed in my grandfathers(1896-1997...yes,...More

Has some nice exhibits, like examples of painted furniture, hand weaved carpets and silver jewellery. Feels welcoming and has a floor dedicated to chocolate production - what's not to love? Of course there is a tax for taking photographs, 15 or 25 lei - can't...More

Well... is a weird kind of a museum, but in a good way. A little history of this small corner of the world. I loved it. Very cozy. Very pleasant. Visit it if you get around here.

The ticket was not very expensive, there is a discount for students and children. The objects are in good shape and well preserved. They paint a clear picture about the crafts and people of Brasov. It was a pleasant experience

This is a must see museum of a sensitively reconstructed urban dwelling that shows the evolution of Brasov's cultural and commercial development over many centuries. Don't miss the top floor for excellent information of the natural environment as well.

A small museum divided into two levels. The upper level is devoted to the last 400 years whilst the lower level is devoted to prehistoric and medieval times. The museum gives a real insight to Brasov's development throughout the centuries.
