this is a tour agent providing tours along the mekong river. they have boats that will take you as far as thailand. you can book your cruise from this agent. the office is facing the mekong river.

Had no issues to pay straight on the their website . I would contact them directly on their e-mail if problems persist, I had all my doubts quickly clairified by e-mail.
