The house itself is of cultural and historical significance. However, the content is very limited to picture, and opens only during festivals or through some arrangement.

A stay in Jeddah is incomplete without a trip to this oldest of residences in what used to be Jeddah of the bygone days - now a museum, it is quaint, with very interesting interiors reflective of the lifestyle of olden days.

This is a great location that must visit while in Jeddah. The place is located in the Old Jeddah area " Albalad ". The house contains many rooms showing the traditional house of the people of Jeddah 100 years ago. You have to ask in advance about working hours since sometimes it is changing without notice. Great experience

Great for a tour, to learn more about art, culture and heritage. Well maintained and you can connect with Art Jameel in Jeddah to find out more.
