It is really the worst safeti in term of wasted time to go and see the animals. 35 minutes to get the first bus and more than 50 minutes to get in the safary bus . It a waste of time and exposed to sun and standing. I don’t recommend it as it not The animals in the safary was nice and interesting to pass next to the animals

Absolutely terrible treatment by the staff when going into n the safari ride. They forced me to move seat away from the bus window for absolutely no reason as there were more than enough seats to accommodate everyone. Completely ruined and soured my experience of the tide and the whole park. Do not go there if you want to be treated with respect.

It was a total disappointment as the video we saw in Instagram was so amusing however when we went there it wasn't as we expected. So many ques to wait for till the train comes to pick you and a limited number of animals to see. Overall we didn't enjoy much and so we felt like it was a waste of time.

As with many things over here, it was more the running of the park that was disappointing rather than the content. The donkeys were tied to a fence and could barely move. They had no visible water in extreme heat, I don’t like this at all. Coming from a country with high animal welfare standards this didn’t sit well with me. I felt like this with many of the animal enclosures - the facilities/ food/ water were not good enough. The ponies looks absolutely miserable in the heat - poor souls. The cafe in the central building does not have high chairs, NO HIGH CHAIRS !! In a family safari park! What??! The also didn’t have napkins and when I asked they just thrusted a box of shop bought tissues at me. Not good enough. Not organized enough. Not for the visitors and especially not for the animals.
