Fun time out with the family...the classic desert pics, dune bashing, then going to a Bedouin camp site for camel rides, sunset pics, trying on clothes, henna, seeing a falcon, buffet dinner, dancing. The dune bashing is not for the easily motion-sick (as my daughter will tell you). We also did some sand-boarding...which is not easy...and walking back up in... More

I would have rated this tour excellent if our vehicle was not as overclouded as it was, we were 8 persons including our driver. I have a bad back and was located on the backseat, it was a real hustle to get in and out of the vehicle and during the dune bashing I kept banging my head on the... More

We got complimentary tickets for this desert safari and it was good fun. Our driver was Muhammad who is an expert driver on the dunes! So a 4x4, mainly Toyota land cruisers, pick you up from your hotel once you book with them over the phone or online. They will arrange a time with you. The car is a 7... More

We booked a desert safari for six of us. Back office support was good. Driver was on time. Driver, Saleh was extremely rude during the whole 6 hour safari and he turned the whole event to a terrible experience for us. My hands was full of packs and when I wanted to place packs in trunk he didn't even bother... More

If you want to experience the desert, I would highly suggest finding a company or a tour that is less commercial and touristy than this one. The dune bashing was the only fun experience, like being on a roller coaster, but the rest of it was just not good. Our driver seemed very sick and tired of his job and... More

Our trip from our hotel to the desert camp took about 30 minutes, followed by around 20 minutes of dune bashing. After which we had a buffet of the same type of food as every other buffet we have had here, while we were entertained by various types of dancers. All in all interesting if not overly exciting. As a... More

Our driver could hardly speak english, so nobody understud him. We never acuatly new what was going on next, not even when asking our driver. It was more like a disneyland, trying to ripoff all tourists! The stop for quad driving was a big bazar where they tried to sell as much souvenirs as possible at really silly prices! While... More

Knight Tours is run by locals who have grown up in the UAE and are very familiar with the Desert. Their all inclusive price provides trip through the dunes, visit to Bedouin village, BBQ diner and stage show. At the village one can ride or sit on a camel, pose with Falcon. There was a bar for fruit and alcohol... More

We booked through our hotel and were told 4 pm. The driver arrived before that and suddenly we should have been ready at 3:30 - probably not the tour groups fault. Our driver was very pleasant but quiet, only pointing out a few spots of interest on our trip out to the desert. He mostly played American pop music. He... More
