    Out of this world
Expensive (£157) for 2 including a soft drink at the ground floor bar watching the sun set but an utterly fantastic building with good displays, fantastic views and opulence and bling by the bucket load. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Save money by going to the mall nearly opposite on the main road and go to Sardinia’s restaurant upstairs. Great fish

    A wonderful experience!
What a fantastic place to enjoy the sunset over a cocktail. Sky View bar on floor 27 was stunning with incredible service- just as you would expect. The views were fantastic! Staff were friendly and attentive and went the extra mile to make it an unforgettable experience. Prices are more than your average bar but that is expected in this hotel. It was certainly well priced for the location. Decor in and out is beautiful. I will go back for a special occasion or with guests. Thank you!

A tour of the royal suite and a gold Cappuccino
A snapshot visit how the other half live. Really opulent in a slightly OTT way. The tour lasted about an hour after the buggy rider from the JBH. Quite expensive (399 AED) but definitely a once in a lifetime thing, I'm never going to spend the sort of money needed to stay in the hotel.

    Paradise like your dreams
I treated myself to a day at Sal beach club. It was the best experience ever! From the minute you arrive your put on a small golf buggy and driven to the venue . It’s sheer luxury when you get to Sal. Once shown to your chosen bed for the day., You feel like your in a tropical paradise. I can’t recommend a day here enough even as a solo traveller. Service, food, cocktails all exceptional.

It’s Everything you Expect and More!!!! (2017)
We divided to experience the Burj Al Arab as our stopover point on our way to South Africa for our safari. This property is everything you could dream of and the staff makes it reality. We had a two story suite with a butler at our beck and call, however it’s not our style so unofficially we gave him the night off. The architecture is amazing and the property is everything you’d expect from a 7 star hotel. We did have the pleasure dining in the restaurant with the giant salt tank. It was as excellent as you’d expect. Ironically, 8,000 miles from home and we meet a local restauranteur from our hometown. Small world.

    Beautiful building
This is a beautiful hotel and as you would expect nothing has been spared on decor. It's iconic and luxurious and if you feel like splashing out go for lunch. Guests get the benefit of seeing this area during the day and for those with children there is the huge Waterpark close by

    An incredible and exceptional stay
Although I have visited the Burj Al Arab several times, this is the first time i stayed albeit for two nights. I can say it certainly was an experience being very grand and quite overwhelming at times. Their E Butler service is fantastic, all of the staff are amazing and the breakfast might be one of the best we have ever had...they also catered for my grandson who has allergies. This hotel astounded us with its exceptional touches such as 'happy hour' in our rooms to Hermes toiletries and access to Wild Wadi Water Park. It was an incredible experience, thoroughly enjoyed by all.

What a wonderful stay at Burj Al Arab! The moment we arrived we were greeted with cool, rosewater towels and tea. The hotel is absolutely stunning. Our afternoon tea with Nithin was delicious. Dinner at Al Mahara was fabulous. Omar was amazing! He made sure we had everything we needed for our time at the beach. He was also able to get us a reservation at Al Iwan where we had a fantastic dinner. Omar went out of his way to make us feel special and have a fantastic stay! What stellar service! Thank you Omar, you also get 7 stars! I can’t wait to come back!

The Burj is absolutely beautiful. The service was good Was good with the exception of our Butler Omar. He was absolutely fantastic!!! He went above and beyond and made our experience so much better. To be honest, my friend was a little upset about the service on our first night given the price of the Burj, but the next day we met Omar, and he totally turned our opinion around. He provided the type of luxury service that one would associate with the Burj. I also must give a shout out to the waiter we had for our tea service cannot remember his name, but he was fantastic as well. All in all it was a very nice experience and I’m glad we stayed there.

How special it is to be able to visit the tour "Inside the Burj al Arab". Otherwise, you won't get into this 7 * hotel just like that, of course.
After being welcomed in a sort of lobby, we were told what the tour was about.
After walking through the.lobby we were taken by lift to the 25th floor. There we were shown how the hotel came into being and were able to walk through the museum and ask questions. After a date and coffee, we were picked up to go to the presidential suite and,..... What luxury.
If you want to experience this when you are in Dubai definitely go for it

This is an excellent property with unparalleled location. The suites have great views and great butler service. Special mention is for our butler Tareq who made our stay very comfortable and did not make us feel the pressure of staying in a 7 star property. Food and beverages in restaurants were not as pricey as I was expecting.

Amazing place to visit. It is absolutely amazing to think it was built in the shape of a sail it stands out for miles.
We took a boat ride around the harbour to start with to see how beautiful it was, and then we decided we would actually visit and we were so glad that we did the Kings room and the Queens room are beautiful. The fabrics that they used and the silk that they put on the walls to represent fire Stunning cashmere carpets gold staircase. The staff were extremely friendly. It was well organised. I was with two other friends and we sat we had some drinks and we just took in the view to me. This is a must it’s a seven star it is a hotel on a few floors are dread to think the cost, but to be honest, it was well worth the fee to get in. You could choose once you’ve got there to upgrade which we did and if you have a drink you can then sit in the lounge for as long as you want. They give you a complimentary fruit which is Dates. The dates in England don’t taste anywhere near the beautiful Dates I have there I asked for seconds, the staff are amazing they’re willing informed have lots of information will take your photo if you ask him and I would recommend this visit really I would
