My wife booked a spa treatment and the spa confirmed her voucher for 50% was valid. I then paid the bill and did not implement the 50% discount. We only realised the mistake at night once the spa was already closed and we were checking out in the morning before they opened. I called them the same morning and they admitted their mistake and said they would refund. They asked I email my bank account details which I did. They have never refunded me. I have sent several reminders. At first they would reply saying they are following up but then they just stopped replying. Not what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. I feel cheated and clearly they don't value customers.

Myself and my boyfriend had some massage and facial treatments in the Address Spa yesterday and we were both blown away by the amazing hospitality, the beautiful relaxing setting and the professionalism, warmth and skills of our Therapists. I am a Spa Therapist myself so am quite particular about Spa Treatments and I would absolutely rate this as one of the best experiences I have ever had. My Therpaist's name was Susan, she is an absolute Gem! My boyfriend had a male Therapist, not sure of his name, but he was well impressed. I'd recommend to anybody in need of a pamper! Also, they use some of the best of facial products! Thank you so much to the Spa team, you helped make our day one of the best ❤

U take shower between your things at your room. So your own tiwels and clothes and may be near to the bed if u prefer to sleep or relax.

Excellent atmosphere in the spa and so professional. My masseuse (I can't remember her name-sorry!) was amazing. She used exactly the right amount of pressure. I floated out of the treatment room.
Lovely relaxation room to drink tea and eat dates-perfect!

A beautiful clean spacious spa with a serenity to it from the smell lighting and elegant calm staff.
No expense spared in this venue.
Absolute luxury and treatment rooms are stunning.
Sussannah and Erwin were our therapists and they were knowledgeable and told us all about the products and knew exactly what we needed From the facial.
I felt so relax and calm from the second I walked in. I look forward to returning and enjoying more treatments in this stunning spa.

This is one of elegant spas in Dubai. I was received by a warm welcome of the staff. The facilities are top notch with nice ambient lighting.
My therapist was Susan from Bali. She is extraordinary great and made my day. She was able to relief couple of discomfort points like my back and calves. I will make sure to book another session with her, 90 mins went so fast.

Amazing treatments with Susan who is the most wonderful therapist.. quite possibly the best massage I have ever had! Also I got my treatment day wrong and the receptionist did everything she could to accommodate me. I can’t recommend this spa enough, the staff, the treatments and atmosphere are all fabulous!

Lovely Balinese massage by Nur, very relaxing massage and the atmosphere is great, alessa on the front desk was welcoming too. Overall it was a pleasant experience I’d be glad coming back for more. Merci beaucoup!

Very disappointing visit to the spa- I have been to this spa about 6 times in the past few years and have always found it to be very good and worthy of the awards it has won- however this last visit was really poor- From the greeting through to changing/treatment rooms and our exit- the whole experience is lacking any of the finesse it used to have. They have changed the products they use, which is also disappointing- but not as much as buying one of these products and getting home to find it has already been opened and half empty. The incredibly drawn out and painful experience of paying at the end meant I couldn't face going back and trying to explain they had sold me used goods. Really poor.
