Tourist attractions area. Need to watch out for pickpocket. You will be spoiled for choices. Also you can find bunch of small stores selling souvenirs (much expensive compared to the store near souk). Dont forget to bargain on the price

Yes you can at Dubai’s Gold Souk by the fish market or at the Dubai Mall. Remember to barter at the Gold Souk and you will have some people try and sell you cheap knock-offs so remember you get what you pay for
