I visited Umm Suqeim Beach after reading many reviews in here to have a close view of Burj Al Arab, but seems that I selected the wrong spot. The tower is very far to see. What I found is an open free beach to public with many parking spaces. Nice sand and no facilities. You have to bring everything you need yourself. Nothing else. Many people do come for swimming and relax under the sun. Very quite spot.

This public beach is beside Burj Al Arab. Tourists like us went there not for the swimming but to capture a few photos of the famous Burj Al Arab. But last November when we went there, we were so disappointed. There were cranes left and right. It was imposible to have a nice clear photo of this 7 star hotel. Later when we went to Souk Madinat Jumeirah for lunch, we had a few nice photos of Burj Al Arab from there. Umm Suqeim Beach has plenty of changing cubicles and showers to wash off the sand. There are few washrooms, be prepared for line ups. There is a fish & Grill restrauart nearby for your convenience.

A lovely beach, but it needs another set of public toilets / change rooms. This beach is not as busy as other beaches, but still has lifeguards and changing facilities. The BookHero cafe across the street has lovely service and good food/beverages.

I visted last week. The nearest metro station is Mall of the Emirates but you'll need to get a taxi to the beach - around 14 Dirhams/£2.50.
Although it's a nice beach there is little in the way of cafes or shops in the area and I would recommend heading to Marina beach (also free) instead.
There are shower and toilet facilities but they were not particularly clean.

we went there with taxi around 1 pm, there were toilets and open showers ( no privacy or place to shower divided. you can be seen from the street!)
we changed in the bathroom although it was written that its forbidden but the one who was cleaning gave us permission t change there,
don't forget towels cause there is not a place or bed that you can sit or sleep near the beach,
it was not much crowded, and it was clean, it was ok to wear bikinis and taking sun bathes,
at the end we found a shower places at the other side of beach which was far but no one was there so we could take shower easily, it was a must to take shower cause the Persian Gulf water is soooooooooooooo salty and it burns eyes and others,
sadly while i was swimming sands were in to my mouth, and i was coughing for a few days.

...the always construction (?) site closer is providing s disappointing view. Closing of the Dubai's other public beaches and parks, due to some grandiose projects, made the beach overcrowded, where everybody wants to make a photo with the Burj Al Arab hotel background. It is not anymore a place for relaxing and sunset contemplation.

Decided to head to the beach around 10:30-11AM, and I found that the beach wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be for that time. The weather was great, and the beach was very clean for being a public beach. The water was absolutely perfect in that it was warm, but cool enough to refresh you from being too hot laying on the beach. The water was so clean and clear, it couldn't have been better. I did notice that the beach did empty out around 12:30-1 PM which I didn't expect. I felt like I had the beach to myself until I left around 4-4:30 PM. I didn't get to any other beaches, but I would absolutely recommend this beach to everyone.

Well yes, this is the beach where you see picture of all your friends with Burj Al Arab in backdrop. Its a public beach included as a sightseeing in most of the Dubai day tours but don't picture it to be a dirty beach being a public beach. Its a very neat and clean beach with good vibes and loads of sitting space and some places to eat. Great for spending an evening or early morning walk. Will surely recommend this beach if you are not visiting Burj Al Arab from inside.
Hope you get your Dubai trip cover photo here right :D :)

As it is winter time it is best time to visit these beaches at noon also.
This is clean beach have a best view for taking pictures of burj al arab. Has dedicated area for people to swim but you can lay down anywhere just take your sleeping mats along with you.
I have seen one drawback here that this place has not much option to eat and drink, as this place has two or three food or juice outlet only.
**Tip- Bring your own food and water plus laying mat.

Ho letto recensioni contrastanti 🤔
È una spiaggia libera con possibilità di prendere ombrelloni e lettini se si vuole, oppure non esiste questa possibilità?
