We did an evening safari which included quad bikes, barbecue and camels. The best was the drive in the dunes ,it was amazing. At the barbecue the food was good but the entertainment was superb, the belly dancer was excellent. A great evening.

The biggest hype n farce of Dubai. There is no thrill in dune bashing and the camp food is below par. The only saving face is the wilderness of the desert.

You are in the desert so hardly the kind of wildlife you are seeing in Africa. Saying this there are plenty of Onyx and other little quadrupeds, little birds that are reintroducing in the desert etc.
