This park clears off it's paved path that loops around the park. There are also many cross country groomed trails.

This is a place for walking in solitude in the woods, or on the paved hiking and biking trails. Many folks have dogs. It's also a place to drop your kayak in the Huron River for a 3 hour paddle down to another Metropark. Great...More

Lovely area to walk, run, walk dogs, picnic. I love walking by the river and through the trees. Perfect for a family picnic and afternoon of play.

We visited this Metropark for the first time to walk the nature path. There are a also cross country ski trails to follow. The path followed along part of the river. The park was very quiet and well maintained.

We just got into biking this year. Got bored with the Lakeland trail, still go there. The scenery is way better here. We went 10 miles and found ourselves in downtown dexter. So we biked along the river. A great afternoon with the wife.
