A great way to see the lives of people living on Tonle Sap. Osmose keeps you away from the crowds and does wonderful work with the community. We did 2d/1n. You need earplugs for the night and a personal fan would have been really useful. Our young son loved fishing and playing with the local families. Highly recommended.

We spent one day with Osmose visiting Tonle Sap Ecosystems. It was one of the best days during our stay in Cambodia directly in touch with nature and the people living in and of it. It was perfectly organized by Osmose from morning to night: collecting us at the hotel, smooth transport with interesting stops. Nice food and a perfect... More

This was an activity as part of a school group and the day was fantastic. Be prepared for an early start but the views are worth it. Great to learn about conservation and community development programs. Our guide was excellent and no question was to difficult. Just be aware if your going to see the birds in the bird sanctuary... I chose our lake trip very carefully as I'd been warned that there were lots of rip-off tours around, and we were absolutely delighted with the Osmose tour. Everything was carefully thought out - even hot coffee brought along for the boat trip - and the whole day ran extremely smoothly. Everything we did was fascinating and enjoyable - meeting... More

Loved this trip. Eye opening and profound. Vicchai is a great guide and the people in the floating village are so friendly and welcoming. Be prepared to see first hand a different way of living. You will be changed for this-for the better. So much gratitude for the villagers opening their homes and hearts to me.

We went to visit the floating village, itinerary 3 with five people, which helped to make the cost very reasonable. Our guide Baran was knowledgable and friendly, and spoke English very well. He taught us about the ecosystem and the culture of the villages and was a pleasure to travel with. The visit to the villages was remarkable- it was... More

My friend and I chose itinerary 4 (a 2-day-1-night tour) including day tour in Tonle Sap, floating village, bird watching, cooking class, handcrafting and home stay. Since our group is small, so the price per head was quite expensive, however the experience we had was worthy! The guide was experienced in bird watching and can quickly identify all the birds... Fantastic half day with nice students coaches and many discoveries. Was really good experience we enjoyed a lot. Battambang city is a great place to do this kind of entertainment. Without, you will miss something !

a boat trip to a Tonle Sap community and bird watching with a NGO Osmose. It was interesting to see the water hyacinth baskets and products, the school, the different activities to help a very poor fishermen community. There were many birds to see but the noisy motor of all the boats and barks was a real nuisance.
