I visited in May, so early in the low season, which meant there were visitors but this museum is so big it was far from crowded. I took the audio tour for the extra fee and was glad I did. It pointed out things to...More

A lovely, modern, mainly air conditioned museum explaining the Khmer civilization from early times until past the times of temple building. Beautiful lily pads in the pond in the centre. Well done audio tour, although after about 25, it was less evident where the numbers...More

Wonderful informative visit prior to visiting Angkor Watt. Found it very informative, staff were very friendly. We got the audio guide, would say it’s definitely worth the $5 extra. $12 entry per person. Thought this was good value for the information and exhibits on offer!...More

Very expensive ticket price. Tickets as of May 2018 are $12. Exhibitions are not very interesting, there are numerous spelling and grammatical mistakes in the descriptions. Only artifacts on exhibit are pieces of the ruins and some stone sculptures.

Not explicit - but it is wise to err on being respectful rather than turning up in beachgear
