- Mark T4 contributionsGreat massage at very reasonable pricesKhmer Relief Spa has a good reputation among Siem Reap expats for offering consistently good massage at very reasonable prices. Well-trained masseurs, a very friendly welcome and a calm and peaceful environment. One of our favourites!Visited September 2023Travelled soloWritten October 29, 2023
- Jet162495546787 contributionsNice treatThe swedish massage is what I needed after a long day of walking around at Angkor Wat. The service started with a foot soak and tea. I rinsed off in the on suite. After the massage, we enjoyed complimentary delicious mango and a slice of cake for my birthday. It was lovely and a nice surprise. Go treat yourself to Khmer relief spa!Visited November 2023Travelled with friendsWritten November 12, 2023
- Lu Lu A3 contributionsCool spaThis spa is very clean & stylishly designed. Each room has its own shower. In addition to your normal spa experience is that they added a welcome tea service and also a feet soak. After the massage is done, I also got freshly cut mango as dessert along with another tea service. That made the whole experience special!Visited November 2023Travelled with friendsWritten November 15, 2023
- BH G41 contributionsUSD38 aromatherapy with heat compressionFound this place just 100 m from my hotel in city center near Pub Street. Decided to go and pamper myself after a day of walking. Decided to take the USD38 (after 50% discount) 90 minutes aromatherapy massage with heat compression. Place is clean and the rooms are spread over a few floors. My masseuse is a young lady. Strength is good. Massage is soothing. The heat compression does help to provide good relief from muscle aches. After massage was offered a nice and sweet mango. Overall, it is worth a visit especially if you are in Pub Street area.Visited December 2023Travelled soloWritten December 5, 2023
- Ida B2 contributionsReally good massageI had the Anti-stress release massage. Me and my two friends were able to be in the same room, and get a massage at the same time. That was so nice and a perfect experience, for all of us. The staff was very nice, and we had both delicious mango and tea 💆🏼♀️💆🏼♀️ Also, the prices were very cheap especially compared to the quality of the massage!!Visited December 2023Travelled with friendsWritten December 15, 2023
- Phalkun PChicago, Illinois8 contributionsGreat attention to detailAmazing couples massage experience from beginning to end. We started with a refreshing face towel to a nice for wash. We then were directed upstairs to our room. Our clothes were placed in a basket. We were able to rinse off in the shower before beginning our massage. I requested a swedish massage. She listened to everything I requested. It made for a very comfortable experience. After the massage we rinsed off again before heading down to find a nice departing gift! We had tea, fresh mangoes and since it was my husband's birthday, a cake! You guys really made it special and memorable. We'll make sure to visit again soon!Visited November 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten December 21, 2023
- MiaBlaxland, Australia5 contributionsAmazing spa! 10/10 recommendI genuinely think that was the best massage I’ve ever had! Such a calming atmosphere. I got the aromatherapy massage. It was a great experience, very relaxing and I definitely recommend to anyone coming to Siem Reap! The staff were lovely and very welcoming and accommodating as I was on a time limit… Easily organised an appointment over WhatsApp. Will be coming back!Visited April 2024Travelled soloWritten April 5, 2024
- Matthew H1 contributionOne of the best massages in Southeast Asia! This is probably one of the top 5 massages I’ve had in my life. I’ve lived around Southeast Asia / Oceania now for about a year, and it’s hard to find a place that has both knowledge and can apply skilled, deep tissue pressure. So many firm massages I’ve left me in pain from lack of skill, but the massage I had here with Saroun was incredibly relaxing and also hit some deep muscle tension I’ve had for months. It felt like she knew exactly where the tension was and paid extra attention to tight areas without me having to say anything. Really impressive! 10/10 would come here again 👍Visited April 2024Travelled soloWritten April 6, 2024

- ANTHONY M1 contributionMAGNIFIQUE !!!!I'm almost 50 and have traveled quite a bit. I have had many massages around the world. However, I believe that the massage I just had is the best of my life. So much so that at the end of the 1 hour, I asked for an extra hour to do the rest of the body. It was just amazing how professional, gentle the masseuse was. and efficient. She knew how to find the right points to relieve my pain. In short….it was exceptional!!!Visited April 2024Travelled soloWritten April 21, 2024

My husband and I went to Khmer Relief Spa for a 90 minute Four Hands massage and a 60 minute wrap. The massage techniques were good, and that is the only reason I am giving this spa any stars. As everyone is aware, COVID-19 is a very big issue right now. During the Four Hands massage, one of my husband's masseuses kept coughing and pausing to blow her nose in the massage room. When I looked up, I saw that she was not wearing a mask (none of them were). This was odd because the masseuses at every other spa we visited on our trip wore masks. I believe she also did not wash her hands after coughing and blowing her nose because I never heard running water (there was a sink in the room). This was very disturbing because we felt that she was just spreading her germs all over him. Additionally, his two masseuses kept whispering and giggling during the massage.
We agreed that the quality of the massage was good, but we would absolutely not return and would never recommend this place due to the poor health hygiene of his masseuses.

Very nice home. That's all
For this price range ($20 per hour for an aromatherapy massage), I have never seen such bad service.
The masseur, who had just arrived, did not change his clothes, did not even wash his hands. Plus he was just incompetent. He just spread unscented oil on me. No pressure points, no work on the joints, nothing. I had to stop the massage when he had just finished the back and arms in 10 minutes. I never got to choose the scent of the oil, he didn't even come out of the room while I was changing (I had to change in the shower): he was talking on the phone.
When I ended the massage, he left without asking for his rest but the people at reception made us wait a good 10 minutes, hoping to offer us other masseurs. We had to get up to see them so they could finally give us back our shoes and we could finally escape.

We were recommended this spa by the Kohle hotel in Siem Reap . It did not disappoint. I booked the day before - they had plenty of availability.
A lovely start was the feet cleanse to start. I booked a 120 minute natural herbal compress massage and it was amazing. I have not had this type of massage before and it was very soothing. Would recommend. A friend booked at the same time so if you want to have a massage together you can have a shared room. If you want to be on your own then ask for separate rooms. You finish with fresh fruit and tea. All very lovely.
Worth booking :)

We were recommeded this Spa by our driver yesterday and were extremely grateful that he did as this is set a little away from the main thoroughfare of other Spas and ordinary massage parlours.
We were greeted by very nice Staff with a herbal tea and refreshing cold towel each.
Having discussed the most appropriate treatment for our respective aches and pains, we were taken to a very nice and clean room for our 90 minute couples treatment.
The treatment was exactly as we had hoped, especially with the strong pressure that we had both requested. Our therapists listed to where we had pain and issues, then searched the mentioned areas before applying their treatment techniques.
This was especially pleasing as we had tried a number of other Spa's during our current travels and were really quite disappointed in comparison to the Kmer Relief Spa.
After our treatment, we were given fresh herbal teas and plate of refreshing fruit.
Consequently, we would highly recommend the Kmer Relief Spa to everyone seeking a genuine and extremely good treatment.
Certainly, we will be returnng several times during our 3 week stay in Siem Reap.

I love how quiet and aesthetically appealing the rooms are not to mention how polite and carrying is the stuff. Great welcoming tee I would love to buy it! The massage was an unusual mix of soothing strong after intense stretching it’s something to give moisture to sore muscles and clear your energy with some magical technique ! Loved it

With a cozy atmosphere and hospitable staff, Khmer Relief Spa is one of the four massage service providers in Siem Reap I would highly recommend. A few days ago, my girlfriend and I got a lovely 60-minute oil massage when we were escorted into a private, calming, and peaceful vibe room. It was an enjoyable treatment as the staff was professional and understanding (catering to our needs in terms of products and hand pressure). We were served some fragrant tea before and after the completed session.

Wonderful experience for Khmer traditional massage at this wonderful and relaxing place. The massage therapist is super professional and well-polite during the session. I would definitely recommend this place for all people coming in Siem Reap and seeking for some quiet moments 😌

The absolut massage in town!
Everything was just perfect, they spoke English and the lady giving the massage asked for preference on pressure and ask if it was okay throughout the massage, very pleasant!
There is a soothing tea and foot bath/scrub before your massage. Afterwards they have some mango and hot tea for you.

We wanted to get massages in Siem Reap and came to Trip Advisor for advise. We chose Khmer Relief Spa based on the reviews and were not disappointed. They gave us a great deal for 60 minute massages plus 60 minute facials. The massages were excellent and they did a nice job of asking how much pressure we wanted. We were new to facials, but we enjoyed those as well. They were extremely professional from the moment we walked in the door until we left. Highly recommend.

Is this spa the same as the Amret spa at The Aviary hotel?
Written September 1, 2016
Not as far as I am aware. They have two addresses in Siem Reao but neither are part of any hotel. I often find Hotel Spas are more expensive. This spa is definitely worth the visit.
