This is a monument that is very close to the cemetery (maybe 5 minutes walking or less). People sometimes like to get on the horse, so there might be a queue of people waiting to take a picture. Just be patient and wait for your...More

We like this simple statue/monument. It tells so much so beautifully of the people who settled this part of Chile and helped make the country what it is today.

I enjoyed the monument but only because I was taken there by the guide. If given the chance to tour on my own, I’d probably not have visited. I recommend stopping if it’s on the way but not making a special trip to see it.

This statue is a very good essence of the Patagonian landscape. The sheep is one of the few visible inhabitants of the Pampas, so naturally, the shepherd used to be a very popular occupation. The statue is very interesting and there are plenty of possibilities...More

It is a neat statue. Near the cemetary or if you walk to the pier you will probably pass it like us. Great for photos. Sturdy statues for great pictures on a horse or sheep

I probably wouldnt recommend walking out to see it unless you are doing other things in the area. But i found it interesting to see. There was also a large Xmas tree very close by which was a bonus
