This place is famous for both fresh and dried seafood. The dried seafood were pretty cheap. We select fresh seafood, scallops, abalone all quite cheap and walk into one of the restaurants to have them cook for us. But other dishes at the restaurants are on the expensive side

How to get there: a) Take Casino shuttle to Gongbei and take bus # 14 or 62 to Waichi ( see attached picture) for $2 RMB. You can also take a taxi. Gongbei is crowed and there are long line. I prefer plan (b) b) Take casino shuttle to Lotus Port (see attached picture). After you cross the border, pay... More

It is my 2nd time here at Wanzai Seafood Street. This time round I felt a little disappointed. We're looking for a live fish so we could steam but there won't much selection and the tub that they put the fish in does not allow the fishes to swim. Most were lying flat and struggling. This, it didn't look as... More

If you like seafood so it is a perfect place to visit. I found it by chance, although I don't like seafood but it was interesting to visit it. So many aquatic animals and so many restaurants for testing the food.

Beware tourist, seafood price on the market is very cheap and that make us buy more, but the price of cooking the seafood is quite expensive.

We thought that the market and restaurants were fresh and delicious. Even with limited Chinese, we got what we wanted. We may have paid a little more that we would have of we spoke the language, but it didn't seem unreasonable. We'll definitely return.

This is a tourist rip off place. The theme is to buy cheap, live and fresh seafood from the mongers spaced on lanes outside the restaurants and bring them to the a restaurant of your choice to be cooked and served. Half the time, we would get our purchased items switched in the kitchen and ended eating similar items that... More

I when to the Wanzai Seafood Street on the recommendations of other Tripadvisor Users and boy did this place deliver. The street is comprised of vendors selling live or extremely fresh sea food on one side of the street and restaurants that will cook it (for a price) for you on the opposite side. Its a good idea to walk... More

Have been here a few times but first time with an experienced local as our seafood shopper! We pick 渔家乐 as the restaurant to cook our seafood. This restaurant cooks teochew and Cantonese cuisine. The food they cook is better than the other restaurants we have tried before. The staff's level of service is the reason I will come back... More
