The place was very overcrowded, if you want to have a real rainforest experience this is the wrong place to go. Instead of having a nice relaxing afternoon away it was a very stressful experience. I would recommend anyone to rather stay at the beach than going to a rainforest with a bus loads of people!

Anyone who likes to travel and experience a country, culture and nature a bit is at Yanuo at the wrong place. The day we went to the park around 10.000 other people were travling the same area, and according to our guide it was a very quite day. The whole park is very commercialliced, the great view of the mountain... More

I have traveled all throughout China and the Yanoda Rain Forest is by far one of China's greatest assets. To fully experience the adventure you need to take in the trekking water adventure of the rainforest. It was absolutely awesome. If I was able to rank this a 10 instead of a 5 it would be. Don't miss this. Be... More

Feeling on the top of the hill with lush green is nice....but lasts for half hour only....nothing much to see or do there except climbing up / down the wooden stairs in a small pathway. But there is a very gud highlight --- Provision of Rope gliding from one hill to other !!

With a complete lack of things to do in Sanya, any activity that helps break the boredom gets inflated by one star. Normally I'd rate this 3 stars but going to the park helped use one day of vacation so it becomes four stars. If you love Banyan trees this is the park you've been waiting for. Hint: Bring water!... This was one of the highlights of our trip. We took the bus up and walked down. The scenery, views, trees and plants were spectacular. The zip line across was lots of fun and a bit exciting. Highly recommend a visit

We visited this place with elderly parents and 8 and 10 year old kids, we went on the recommendation of friends and it was worth the trip. Perhaps not worth it for the reasons it is known for but worth it for a walk in the rainforest and the experience of the best rainforest attraction in Hainan. We did not... More

There are three shuttle bus stops with nothing much to see. The rope bridge was fun especially when it is full of people swinging it and people screaming in the middle of the bridge.

The setup is very hokey and Disney-like, but you do get to see lots of pretty tropical flowers and some colorful tropical birds. I took a day tour to this place out of Sanya. It included lunch in the Yanoda canteen, which my Chinese friends and I agreed was really bad. Not just basic, but poorly made and difficult to... More

Lot of tosh! Essentially, a walkway around lots of tropical plants. The staff have been trained like robots to shout 1, 2, 3 YANODA at every tourist. The worst thing is the buffet lunch, which resembles a 1970s staff canteen, complete with metal trays having dimples into which tourists are expected to deposit cheap noodles. Beware: they make you pay... More
