Trying Sichuan food was on my must-do list during my recent travel to China and I ended up at the Chengdu Food Tours website while searching for guided food tours in Chengdu. The website is not like any commercial tour website where you pick dates...More

Jordan took us to street vendors, back alleys and hidden wet markets where we could take bites of fresh spices, spirits, meat and vegetables. He is very knowledgeable about chengdu food culture and you can nail him with questions about everything you ever wanted to...More

Anita perspires love for Chengdu and her trade and makes you taste it at each stop. Flawless english, pacing and catering to the group, adjusting as she sees likes and dislikes...can’t ask for more other than a bigger stomach and her metabolism!

Great tour especially for a solo traveller. Very knowledgeable and brought us to holes in the wall but serving excellent food. Places where I wouldn't have gone or would have found if I was going out on my own.

I would definitely send a note to Jordan at Chengdu Foodie Tours and ask him - they seem to know all the nooks and crannies. Have a great trip!
