It was a nice experience to stroll through the night market and experience some authentic food in one of the small restaurants. Some very nice artifacts and handy craft available

This bazzar was a great place to wander around and see the thousdands of shops with food and goods. You could spend hours walking around this place and also you could spend lots of money here as well.

The bazaar showcases Urumqi's unique culture and people. In the evenings, the public square will be filled with locals dancing and singing. The shops are nothing to shout about, as they mostly sell the same products. Dried fruit and nuts are popular though.

Found it very pleasant walking around the bazzar the colours sounds and general atmosphere. Please remember your passport as it is required to be able to enter due to the terrorist problem. I felt very safe at all times.

We went there at around 630pm, there is no buzz or energy at all. Going into this market does not excite. There are plenty of dry fruits and creams to buy. Jade shops also. If you been to other bazaar, you may find this boring....More
