A fair enough place to spend a few hours, but nothing to take your breath away. It was smaller and less scenic than I thought it would be as well. When I visited the theme park / ancient town area was being renewed, so it was cordoned off. The cost of admission was also higher than I felt it was... More

Enjoyed too much the beautiful mountain , greenry around it. The mirror lake. Fresh air. Entry fee worth. Love to go again.

This place is newly made park, so you will not find anything ancient there. But, it's still good choice to spend a day, and Buddha statue in a stone is just breathtaking. Tip: avoid weekends and public holidays at all cost, it's too crowded during those

Keyan scenic area is a large scenic spot built on an abandoned quarry. It is quite large with lots of paths and wooded areas. Pack some food and come to enjoy nature. Can easily spend several hours in good weather.

Good to take a stroll around the lake, visit the temples and the Buddha statue in the rock. There is also a boat ride included in the price. Also a cute little town to see at the end. It is a place for photo opportunities. There was a waterfall advertised though and that was nowhere to be seen.

The place is good, very crowded, really too much people, but it was during the weekend. We have made a lot of good pictures, if you go along the stairs in temple, you will be a little bit tired but nobody and good example of Chinese style. The Buddha is great also. For the boat, we give up in queue.... More

A wonderful day. Try to do the walk up the steps rather than the longer but flatter path. Tiring but wonderful scenery once you get to the top, which should take 45 minutes including a breather half way up. For me this was easily the best attraction in Shaoxing.
